Running of the day

We will be getting married at the gorgeous Peckham Asylum at 1:00pm before proceeding to Pop Brixton for our reception and party which will last till 12am. Due to the space in which we are hosting the reception we are unable to have anyone under the age of 18.

Transport has been arranged between the two venues, so no need to pre-order taxis or drive!

Both venues are semi-outdoor so please bring a fur or sassy coat to keep warm.

For those unfamiliar with the venue, Pop Brixton is a social enterprise supporting local independent enterprises. More importantly the food there is amazing, offering a range of  12 different pop-up restaurants. To share our love of the culinary delights that these places have to offer, we will be having an unconventional wedding breakfast with everyone being given the opportunity to pick and choose their meal from the vendor or vendors of their choice before joining the rest of the party at group tables. No seating plan, no fuss.

Pop Brixton is located near a number of hotels but here are a couple handy places to start:

Brixton is also on the Victoria Line night tube which run all night on Saturday 7th April.

The day after the night before

Damien and Sue Harte would like to invite you to The Half Moon‘s Workshop for drinks and food, especially for all those travelling from further afield to join us for our wedding. The wedding party will be there from 12pm onwards and all are welcome.
